A concert to benefit the late Ronnie James Dio will take place in California in May.

According to Blabbermouth, Rock for Ronnie in the Park is scheduled for May 7th at Los Encinos Historic Park in Encino, California.

The event will consist of live rock music, silent and live auctions, food trucks and fun for the entire family.

“Rock for Ronnie” will also benefit the Ronnie James Dio Stand Up and Shout Cancer Fund.
