If the drummer looks familiar on Late Night With Seth Meyers this week, that’s because he’s Brooks Wackerman of Avenged Sevenfold.

He’s filling in all this week with the 8G Band playing music in and out of commercial breaks. He last sat in on the late night NBC talk show back in 2017.

A member of Avenged Sevenfold since 2015, Wackerman has played in several artists, including Jack Black‘s Tenacious D, Korn, Suicidal Tendencies, Avril Lavigne, and Blink-182.

He’ll be back on the road with Avenged Sevenfold on their next date on March 6, in Buffalo, NY.
