When it’s cloudy and snowy and nasty for days and weeks at a time, it really takes a toll on people. Both from a mood and outlook standpoint to a state of physical well-being.
I honestly feel great when I look out the window in the morning to see the sun shining! It’s the a great pick-me-up and puts me in a fantastic mood. It also seems like it’s harder to get me down when it’s sunny outside. On the flip side… when it’s cloudy and glum for days at a time I feel weak, tired, and sometimes physically sick!
That’s why a day or two of sunshine, even with temperatures below freezing, is a nice an very welcomed change of pace!
