It was exactly two years ago today that while under the control of Governor Rick Snyder’s Emergency Manager, Flint made the switch from the clean, treated water from Detroit to the polluted, corrosive, yet untreated water from the Flint River.
The residents of Flint have been screwed over, and then lied to about it. That all started two years ago. Yes, having the national attention certainly helped in getting resources here, but that was a year and a half after the problem started.
Today, we just want to know… how are you? Right here, right now, two years later. Do you have hope, are you any less angry? How are you?
