After years and years of talking about it, my wife and I finally got around to renovating our kitchen. What was going to be a simple paint job turned into quite the task. To give you an idea, it’s taken the last three weekends, about a dozen and a half trips to Home Depot, and more patience than I thought I had!
Just doing the painting and counter tops quickly turned into replacing the sink, flooring and cabinet hardware. We’re not quite done with it yet, but it’s finally starting to look really nice! And all of the delays allowed us to get out of hosting not one, but two family functions over the weekend. I’m not gonna lie, I really enjoyed not cooking Thanksgiving dinner this year!
