As the Summer of ’16 comes to a close, I’m trying to make sure I’ve covered all the bases for a successful Michigan summer.
I stayed at a cottage on Lake Huron for a week, had many a bonfire, grilled out more times than I can count on all of my fingers, went swimming in a Great Lake, had Michigan-made hand-dipped ice cream, and of course I had a hotdog sandwich made by none other than Flint’s-own Koegel meats! I also had so many Boston Coolers, Halo Burger could barely keep up! Camping, making s’mores, a ridiculously excessive fireworks display… we’ve done it all!
So what did I miss? What’s your favorite thing about summertime in Michigan?
